Plasma Skin Tightening

What is plasma skin tightening? Plasma skin tightening (also known as fibroblast therapy and fibroblast plasma lifting) is the most permanent and effective among minimally-invasive, non-surgical treatments targeting to both lift and resurface the skin with minimal downtime.

Depending on the treatment goals, plasma energy may be sprayed across the area (known as a plasma peel) or doted (known as the dot technique) using a pen-like device.

It does not involve any injections or chemicals because it activates the skin's own capacity for healing and regeneration. This is done via a trauma response triggered by the plasma energy that is created above the skin and transferred below the skin, stimulating fibroblasts and a cascade effect of healing and remodeling.

All treatments are also combined with our highest-quality exosomes and growth factor serums derived from bone marrow stem cells, which are applied topically after the treatment. These serums go in and do cell-to-cell signaling, telling your cells to behave in a “younger fashion,” and may reduce the recovery time by up to 50%.

How many treatments will I need? The number of treatments depends on the patient's age, health, and metabolism, the desired degree of rejuvenation, the treated area, and the current state of the treated area. The typical number of treatments is one to two, and in rare cases, three. The skin tightening effect is immediate and continues to improve visibly over the course of 12 weeks following the procedure. However, scientific studies show that new collagen formation continues for up to one year after fibroblast plasma treatment.

What can you have done with plasma: non-surgical blepharoplasty, progressive facelifts, non-surgical body lifts, scar treatments, stretch mark treatments, age spot treatments, in general, any skin tightening treatments?

Not everyone is a good candidate for this treatment; certain factors need to be ruled out and discussed at the consultation.

*Disclosure: There are many false, non-FDA-approved plasma pen devices out on the market. Dr. Jenna Romero uses a true plasma pen device that is FDA-approved and is a certified plasmaologist, having had advanced training in proper plasma technique.
